The best Pandora station ever

In which I give you a link to my favourite Pandora station.

I’ve been using Pandora for a while now, and absolutely love it to bits, as I wrote about in an eariler blog post.

Since then, the service has been much improved upon, so I like it even better. Today I’ve added a list of my favourite Pandora songs to the sidebar. I haven’t used that feature of Pandora until today, so my list isn’t very long yet.

What I wanted to share with you today is my favourite station. It started from a song called “Marionette” by Chris Spheeris. I don’t quite remember where that song came from, but I’m pretty sure it cropped up in an earlier station at some point.

It turned out this song was the perfect origin for Pandora to find other music I like. I’ve also made sure to give thumbs up or down to songs that are especially nice or songs that I absolutely don’t like at all.

It’s in the electronic genre, but even if you don’t particularly like that, I’d encourage you to give the station a try anyway. Most of the songs make heavy use of analogue instruments. I’m not a fan of lots of synths and bleeping. I like groovy rhythms with real instruments on top. I don’t mind repetition of the same basic pattern all through a song, so long as there’s enough variation along with it.

So, here it is: Marionette Radio—enjoy!
